- service and replace where necessary, all seacocks.
- replace majority of running rigging.
- rewire mast.
- change radar for digital one.
- change faucets at sink in galley.
- change faucet in heads.
- add pressurised water system.
- add hot water.
- add windlass.
- change anchor.
- build anchor bridle.
- change all external lights to LED.
- obtain new, larger water tank.
- introduce a holding tank.
- replace heads.
- alter and rebuild solar arch.
- change battery management system.
- re-epoxy hull.
- strip both keels, treat and repaint, antifoul.
- clean, strip and varnish galley area woodwork.
- lift cooker to clear hull when swinging on gimbals.
- Raise base of Anchor locker to stop water build up.
- Build Battery platform for Windlass Power.
- Obtain and/or fabricate new pushpit, incorporating the solar arch.
- Replace all fenders.
- Create alternative battery box. (prob saloon starboard)
- Refurbish and recover engine box and companionway steps.
- Replace washboards.

- Convert storage shelves in cabin to full cupboards with doors.

- Remove all teak slatting in cockpit and replace with alternative.
